The sixth in Wolfburn’s small-batch series, Batch 318 has been crafted from a combination of lightly-peated spirit, matured for a little over seven years in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, and spirit matured for seven years in first-fill Bourbon barrels. These casks produced just 4,800 bottles in total and the result is a sweet, rounded, sumptuous whisky with a peerless depth in flavour.
