An exceptional 12 year old blended whisky, proudly bottled by Still Spirit, accompanied by 250g of whisky infused coffee beans – a delicious Colombian washed coffee that has been aged in the same cask the whisky came from.

After the whisky was bottled, we filled the empty whisky cask with washed, green coffee beans from the Pitalito municipality in the famous coffee producing region of Huilia in Colombia, sourced by The Coffee Apothecary. Daily turning of the cask ensured the coffee was perfectly infused with a delicious kick of whisky character. The beans were then roasted locally by The Coffee Apothecary roastery, just across the road from Still Spirit’s cask warehouse.

The result? A match perfect to start, and end, the day.

Presented in a unique gift bag, locally produced using empty coffee sacks from (please note bags will differ slightly from the photo given they are all unique!).
