Bernard Moreau Bourgogne Chardonnay 2022 is a refined white Burgundy from the wellrespected domaine of Bernard Moreau et Fils in the Mcon region. Its made from vines averaging ~25 years old, grown in soils of limestone and clay, producing wines with both freshness and texture. Fermentation includes use of oak (both new and older barrels) with careful aging, balanced by stainless steel to harmonize the flavour profile. The wine reflects a terroirdriven style: mineral, elegant, and wellstructured, with subtle oak influence to strengthen and round out the palate.
