Distilled in 2010 and aged 8 years in oak casks before being bottled.

This is part of the Barley Provenance Series of whiskies produced using only Bere barley.

Bere is one of the oldest strains of cultivated cereal and this particular strain used to produce this bottle was grown on Islay on Weyland and Watersfield, Richmond Villa, Quoyberstane and Northfield farms.
