The Crafty Distillery from Dumfries and Galloway in Scotland have taken local wheat and water and combined them in a seven day fermentation. After multiple distillations, the spirit goes through a 24 hour filatration process through coconut shell carbon.

The resulting vodka has soft cream soda, light toffee and subtle biscuit notes.
