Masterfully distilled from a blend of sourced grain expertly selected from Aberfeldy Distillery, Dewar 12 year old Blended Scotch is crafted using a marriage of single malt and single grain whiskey that is double aged in both oak and sherry barrels for a minimum of 12 years and has a matured barrel strength of 80% proof. On the nose are sweet tendrils of caramel over black cherries and rich chocolate splashed with smoked citrus. The palate offers smooth tones of charred oak over caramel and hazes of smoke layered with chocolate, cherries, and buttery orange cream.
