The Art of St Andrews Collectionis a series of annual releases that celebrate the spirit, landscape, and flavors of Eden Mills coastal hometown. Designed to showcase the craft of our head distiller and the creativity of local artists, The Art of St Andrews is an exclusive and collectible expression the pinnacle of our portfolio. Each year, we pair the work of a chosen artist with a single malt expression carefully selected by Scott Ferguson. The 2024 release is aged in carefully selected Amarone casks from Veneto, Northern Italy.

On the nose: mulled wine with red fruits, complemented by gentle clove spice. A slice of cherry bakewell tart with some rum & raisin ice cream.

The taste: red fruits evolve into dark fruits as the Amarone influence takes hold. Blackberry compote and fig jam with a dusting of cracked black pepper.

The finish: Glazed cinnamon bun and glac cherries. A rewarding, sweet, and spicy finish.
