This 15-year-old Glenallachie single malt, matured in a combination of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks (both puncheons and hogsheads), was a late addition to their core range. Released in 2019 under the stewardship of the Glenallachie Master Distiller, Billy Walker, it boasts plenty of sherry-cask influence.
