This is a 40 year old single malt from the Talisker distillery on the Isle of Skye. Distilled in 1978, this whisky has been finished in former Delgado Zuleta sherry casks.

One of only 2000 bottles.

The taste starts fruity before developing in to sea-salty, before finishing with Talisker’s signature hot and peppery flavours with a little smoke.
