Tayport Distillery’s Wild Rose Gin is entirely distilled, bottled, labelled and waxed in Scotland. The base for this Gin uses malted barley from Scottish farmers and provides a smooth and refined texture to the spirit giving the Gin a unique character.

All botanicals are sustainably sourced with the main flavour profile being foraged ourselves from the banks of the Tay River. Tayport Distillery are pleased to have the support of a local forager in developing our Gin as well as a collaboration with Tasso Neofitos, sous-chef of The Newport Restaurant, who helped the ditillery to locate its Wild Rose and identify botanicals around the East Coast of Scotland.
