Biodynamic, Low/No Sulfur Vinification. Base 2020 Brut Nature. 100% Pinot Noir. The primary wine of the estate is a blanc de noirs called Fidle, made entirely of Pinot Noir and almost exclusively from Kimmeridgian soils in Biaunes and Vouette. It?s largely composed of a single year, with just three to seven percent of reserve wine, stored in a large oak foudre and composed of a perpetual blend started in 2001. Winery NotesFidle is 100% Pinot Noir mainly from the lieux-dits of Fonnet and Briaunes with additional Pinot from the other parcels Bertrand farms. Deep color, distinct red fruits, forward and lush. Vinous, lively, and dangerously tasty.
