Wolfburn – Aurora (Sherry Oak)

Wolfburn (of Thurso) has recently taken the title of Scotland's most northerly mainland distillery from Old Pulteney.The Aurora, part of their signature range,is made from spirit laid down in a combination of American oak and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks.
